MORAIOLO extra virgin olive oil is the last to be harvested, from mid-November. It is one of the most valuable Umbrian cultivars. The fruits are round in shape, with a dotted pattern which in ripening has beautiful shades of green, fuchsia and dark purple as a background. The late harvest gives it a fruity and spicy and slightly bitter flavor, recommended for lovers of strong flavors. Excellent on well-structured dishes, soups and legume soups, grilled red meats and more than ever on bruschetta.
